A step back in time. The place was there in the 50's and is still like a happy days diner.

Food was good. Prices were reasonable.

Horrible service after being placed in the corner with nkthing to drink. After waiting around for the waitress i finally got up to pay. Then was told that our waitress was overwhelmed, with 3 tables?? Will not be spending money there again

Our waitress was wonderful and the food was delicious. My BLT was PERFECT! Very clean generous restaurant. Very pleased.

Finally found a real Monte Cristo sandwich!! Haven't found one since Bennigan's closed up years ago. Absolutely delicious , made my day last Saturday!

Thus was a spare of the moment stop and I was not disappointed one bit! Food was hot and delicious. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. I will surely return to this place when I'm in the area.

Two egg breakfast with griddle cooked potatoes, toast and sausage is a great breakfast. Coffee's not bad either.

Great family diner type place. Usually pretty busy but well staffed. Big selection and big portions. Our waitress was friendly but never checked on us. Sure she was swamped. Normal prices for everything. Hidden gem in the area.

I have to admit I had fairly low expectations when a family member recommended Baker's Diner just because of the word diner. I was so glad to be proven wrong. Service was exceptional. Our waitress has worked there 15 years and had detailed explanations for everything we asked, the larger back room was regal, and all we ordered was tasty and clearly made from scratch. I'd say they had Applebee's prices, but the food quality and service are considerably better. If we lived closer I'd have trouble not coming often!

Very good! This place was very busy, but the hostess said about 5 minutes and gave us one of those light buzzers. Amazingly she was right, it was about 5 minutes! The line kept moving! The coffee was delicious. The menus we're bright and easy to read and clean. The service was also fast. Our eggs were cooked perfectly, the pancakes we're delicious and served with whipped butter. Hash browns were crunchy on the outside, cooked in the center. It was a great breakfast. I'LL be back next time I'm in the area. The only problem I had was the hollandaise sauce I ordered on the side for my eggs. It was from a mix and not doctored at all to improve the taste. Yuk. I'm so glad I didn't order the eggs Benedict, a favorite of mine. Now I know not to order anything with hollandaise sauce at this place.

I had breakfast for dinner. I had the breakfast plate. 2 pieces of French toast, 2 eggs, a sausage patty, fried potatoes and unlimited coffee, all for $11. I was satisfied. My friend got an appetizer, it was corn nuggets, Oh My were they good!!

Great diner! Huge portions, flavorful food, reasonable prices and attentive service. Even though it's a large restaurant and quite busy the food came out promptly. The interior decor is clean and updated.

This place is normally great. They messed up this time but I have to give an honest opinion. We will return because we know their better than this.The Philadelphia Salad we had was not up to the usual high standard of the facility. The waitress was new and the place was very busy, not a good time to start a new employee.

Husband and I were traveling home and needed breakfast. Stopped here and were not disappointed. Waitress was great; waffle hit the spot; place was clean. Would definitely stop here again if we were in the area.

A typical PA family style restaurant. It's got a good menu, and executes it well. Portions are sizable. Too much so, at least for us. I can seriously tie on the food bag, but there was no way I was going to finish. We were traveling and visited on their first day with inside seating. It was handled well. Our temperatures were taken before we entered the restaurant, and booths were blocked off to ensure proper distancing. Staff was masked, and so were patrons, except at their tables. If you needed the bathroom, or to move from the table for any reason, mask on. I've been there before, so it was a good stop, and I was confident we'd be treated well. We weren't disappointed.

We ordered the chicken with crab meat and the ham steak meals. All of the signs were delicious however the chicken with crab meat was very disappointing the crab had a funny taste and was mushy. The service staff were friendly and prompt. Prices were on the high side. The restaurant was very clean.

Great Diner. Good usual dinervselections. Chicken Crokets and Stuffed Cabbage are great. Prices reasonable. Staff SUPERB!!! New favorite diner!

Very good "Diner" style restaurant. Showed up and the place was PACKED. Very courteous staff was apologetic for delay and helpful with large menu. Breakfast all day and a great dinner selection. Freshed baked pies, cheesecakes, and other goodies. Decent kids options that ends with Ice Cream!!! Dining area and restrooms were updated and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Baker's is your typical diner except that it seems to me to be a bit more "modern". The restaurant is clean, spacious, the service is very good and the food is yummy. I was seated quickly and waited on efficiently. The server was attentive without overkill. It's a good place to dine alone or with others. Recommend it.

The food was excellent! Staff were friendly. I got the Italian trio ( I think that's what it was called) and it was delicious. It was in a strange shaped bowl. On the top was a layer of cheese and sauce and underneath it was the pasta

Restaurant was clean with very nice interior. The menu was large and the prices were fair. Traveled with a family of five – everyone enjoyed their meals. We got seated at the back of the restaurant and did not get great service (or friendly service). It was apparent our server wasn’t in a great mood. After our meal ended we had to wait around around for awhile to get the servers attention and asked if we could have the included kid’s meal ice cream – 10-15 minutes later no sign of server and my child never got the kids ice cream. No big deal. Still left a 18% tip – though certainly felt it wasn’t deserved. So obviously, it was one bad server experience – but, the restaurant itself had great food, decent price, and plenty to choose from.

Monique was very friendly. Felt like home and good homestyle food.

The food is great & served very promptly. They've done an excellent job of spacing out tables & having staff keep their face masks on. The prices seem to have gone up, but that's been pretty common in restaurants that have re-opened post covid lockdown.

For starters, the food is really good. I ordered more than I could finish (my fault) and I'm looking forward to finishing it later. Secondly, our waitress, Amy, was great. I'm not usually a fan of small talk, but she was fun to meet and have a quick conversation with. Unfortunately, there was no chocolate milk (it was their first or second day after lock down, so no biggie) but sh took Chocolate icing and made it out of that instead of milk.... So good!!

We sometimes hit this place on the way home from a long trip. First time some of the food was cold, but the staff is quite pleasent and willing to please. Crab cakes on senior menu are a good deal and are actually crab meat. You get several course dinner including a small dessert for a decent price. I still like the place even if everything isn't perfect, the staff makes an effort to fix anything that's not. Prices are reasonable.

Baker's Restaurant/Diner is a favorite of my family. Whether coming through town after a day in DC, Baltimore, or Gettysburg, or just driving down to eat there for no particular reason, they always have fresh and tasty options. I sometimes enjoy breakfast other times of day, and others may want a club sandwich, a steak, or even pasta. There's something for everyone.

Nice clean place with friendly staff. The food was OK although I had Baby Beef Liver which was very thin and way over cooked (asked for 'medium') My table mate had steak 'medium well's which had no pink at all... said it was good. Overall we enjoyed it and will go back... have something other than the Liver!!

Food was above average but not amazing. I like their Belgium waffles with a scoop of ice cream. The waiter was super nice to me! Environment was clean, bright and spacious.

Quaint diner with quick service and tasty breakfast. The scrapple was fried to perfection.

I have had better experiences here but unfortunately I was not reviewing them back then. I thought our soup was a bit watery. Even though our waitress said she knew what medium rare was when we asked for some pink (too many places over cook the burger), the cook sent us one that was undercooked. I enjoyed the big bowl of cottage cheese and apple butter!!! I will say this is the best place to go for this! Great amount for the money, no shying away from a healthy spoonful of apple deliciousness on top.The Mickey Mouse shaped pancake was a hit with my grandson although after choosing a blueberry pancake and receiving one, he decided he did not like blueberries after all 😂. The wrap that I ordered was very tasty but a bit difficult to eat as it had a lot of juice running out. I hope we will have a better experience next time as many people are regulars and love this place.

Burgers were big. Daughter said Nutella french toast was amazing. The dessert selection is incredibly huge

Very good food with bright airy dining. Easy access off route 115 you will not leave there hungry. Great diner food with good service.

This restaurant has great food no matter what time of day. From the bacon egg cheese wrap for breakfast to the haddock broiled in Orange juice. Both are my favorites. The staff is great!
